This is a popular pizza place and combined with the popularity of the bar next door there's always a good buzz about the place. It's a hit amongst the locals and holiday makers alike. Be sure to arrive or order early if you don't want a bit of a wait for your pizzas, and if you want to get a table at the bar to eat. Also worth knowing is pizzas can be ordered and delivered to your table in the bar next door. Or get them to take away and have a drink whilst you wait.
Opposite the ice rink is Pizzeria Pinocchio serves a mixed menu of pizzas and other local French and Mediterranean specialities. It’s fairly small with seating on two floors for around 50 customers. The décor is wonderfully alpine and the smell of the wood-fired pizza stove fills the whole place, truly mouthwatering. The open plan kitchen provides you with a great view of the pizzas being prepared. Booking is advised as it’s always super busy.
It's a family run Italian restaurant, popular with locals and holidaymakers and for that reason alone it's worth popping in to make a reservation instead of chancing that you might be able to drop in and get a table. Just as you come into resort is the old town area, home to some great pizzas. Le Roy Ladre is located down a little cobbled path and is very cosy – it only seats around 25 to 30 customers and is typically alpine in its décor.
