With stress-relieving spa treatments becoming part of people’s routines, you may already be convinced of the benefits of a day, or even an hour, at the spa. And there’s no better place than Alpe d'Huez to indulge in a bit of extra holiday pampering.
Located inside the Chamois d'Or Hotel, at this spa you can enjoy the benefits of the site's high altitude to re-establish your well-being, fitness and vitality.
After a day of skiing or walking, why not try out the massages, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and relaxing baths to finish washing away the stress and weariness of everyday life.
The therapists at the spa also offer a wide range of massages, facial treatments and beauty treatments, as well as a number of package treatments to ease away the day's efforts. Treatments all make use of Nuxe products, well-known for their respect of nature and the environment.
The spa also offers special treatments for teenagers from 14 years old.
Open to guests of the Chamois d'Or Hotel and non-guests alike, the spa is open all day.
On crossing the threshold of the Royal Ours Blanc Hotel spa you enter a space wholly dedicated to wellbeing.
This spa has an indoor heated pool where you can swim a few lengths. Then, take a dry heat bath in the sauna, recommended for eliminating stress, pausing and relaxing while the high temperature helps to get rid of toxins and to clean the skin.
The spa also offers a hammam and a whole host of massages and beauty treatments as well as fitness equipment. Treatments use Pure Altitude, a cosmetic and spa brand orginally from the Alps. The treatments are by reservation only between 10:00 and 20:00.
The swimming pool is open from 07:00 until 19:30 daily for hotel guests.
The spa is open to guests from 10:00 until 12:30 by reservation, and is charged per hour from 15:00 until 20:00. For external clients access is also charged per hour between 15:00 and 20:00.

Book one of their facial or body treatments, massages or just enjoy their facilities. Treatments are by reservation only, and are available from 10:00 until 12:30 and 15:00 until 20:00.
Special Nougatine treatments are also available for children from three years old.
Access is restricted to under 16s, by appointment only.
