Situated within the Grandes Rousses Hotel & Spa in Alpe d’Huez, La Ferme d’Hubert offers a dining experience that evolves throughout the day, blending authenticity with modern Alpine cuisine.

At lunch, the rooftop terrace provides a high-altitude dining experience with panoramic mountain views. The menu showcases generous, comforting dishes and shareable platters, perfect for a relaxing break on the slopes.

In the evening, the restaurant transforms into a gastronomic destination, celebrating Alpine flavours with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by nature and the seasons, the cuisine embodies the richness of the surrounding mountains.

2. Au Puits des Saveurs Restaurant

Chef Patrice Blot presents a menu full of fusion cuisine, French classics combine with exotic touches for a refined and sophisticated experience.

Highlights in their seasonal menu include Guinea fowl with peanut cream and chestnut polenta, Mullet tartare with peaches and olive oil sorbet or Strawberries "three ways". There is a wide range of set menus to choose from.

Open every day from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 22:30.

3. Le 37 Restaurant

The restaurant has a traditional chalet chic style. Serving traditional French cuisine, Savoyarde specialities such as fondue and raclette, as well as more modern international dishes including pastas and salads.

Also on offer are regularly changing tapas plates and charcuterie and cheese boards, which are great with a bottle or glass of wine.

Open for lunch and dinner.

4. L'Empreinte Restaurant

A popular, small restaurant offering modern French and international cuisine. With seating for only 27 covers, you'll want to book your table well in advance.

At this restaurant the 'menu du moment' changes regularly and offers a small selection of carefully curated dishes. You can check on the website for the current menu when you book.

The friendly team will give you a warm welcome and be on hand throughout.

Children are welcome, but there are no specific children's menus and a minimum spend is required. Maximum two children per group. 

Open everyday from 18:30 to 21:30, and available by booking only online or by phone.

Situated within the Grandes Rousses Hotel & Spa in Alpe d’Huez, L'Espérance offers a warm and inviting dining experience centred on sharing and authenticity. 

With the convivial spirit of a bistro, it serves comforting yet refined dishes in an elegant but relaxed setting. Signature creations highlight the richness of French terroir, crafted with a modern touch. For vegetarians, it offers top-notch vegetarian gnocchi and ravioli.

For a unique experience, guests can dine on the terrace, where private "bubbles" provide an intimate setting for a cosy dinner under the stars.

The name L'Espérance honours the hotel’s deep family roots, recalling the first café opened in 1902 by Joseph Colomb in the village of Huez. This legacy lives on in a space designed for gathering, sharing, and creating lasting memories.

6. Chantebise 2100 Restaurant

Has a huge south facing outdoor terrace with a number of deck chairs and tables outside, giving you the opportunity to soak up as much of the mountain sunshine as possible.

You can enjoy a traditional piste-side lunch of pizzas, salads soups and more, either inside or outside. The restaurant also offers evening events with a pickup service from your hotel and, at the end of the night, you can choose between a snow cat ride home or toboggan down the piste!

Open from 11:00 to 16:00 every day throughout the winter season

Open for both lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a mountain side meal on the terrace during the day and in the evening a traditional Savoyard meal.

Located on the easier, gentler slopes the restaurant is easily accessible for all levels of skier.

In the evening you can enjoy a traditional dinner, where a snow mobile/cat mobile will transport you to and from the restaurant.

8. La Grange Restaurant

La Grange in Alpe d’Huez is the kind of place you pop into once and immediately want to return to. You’ll feel right at home in its warm, rustic wooden interior while tucking into Alpine favourites like fondue, raclette and big, hearty charcuterie boards. There are pizzas, cosy casseroles and homemade desserts too. It’s the perfect spot to settle in after skiing, warm up, share great food and enjoy that proper mountain-evening vibe.

The restaurant can be accessed by skis or on foot from Alpe d'Huez by taking the walking route around the lake.

Open from 09:00 to 16:30 throughout the winter season until the end of April.
