Private ski lessons

From beginners to experts with fully qualified English speaking instructors

Enjoy a truly tailor-made experience with private ski or snowboard lessons, designed to suit your needs and pace. Whether it’s your first time on the slopes, a refresher to brush up on skills, or a boost to gain confidence on steeper runs or off-piste terrain, private tuition offers focused, one-on-one instruction.

With a less busy slope during quieter periods, especially over the lunch hours, their instructors are at your disposal to help you make the most of your time. Lessons can be booked from one hour to a full day, with flexible options including ninety-minute, two-hour, half-day, or full-day sessions, and you can choose to learn alone, as a couple, or in a small group.

Part of the prestigious École du Ski Français, this ski school is renowned and trusted across the Alps, with fully qualified instructors experienced in teaching a wide range of techniques to both adults and children. Specially trained instructors can also provide handiskiing lessons with adaptive equipment included in the lesson price.

For those seeking variety, the school also offers snowshoeing, kite skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and off-piste lessons, giving you exciting alternatives beyond traditional skiing. Private lessons are the perfect way to improve, progress, and enjoy the slopes at your own pace.

Where to meet

The school have two different meeting points:

  • Les Grandes Rousses by the piste roundabout
  • Les Bergers by the commercial centre

Child policy

This ski school welcomes children from two and a half years old. All children’s courses are tailored to age and ability, with lessons and gentle games in the snow garden for two-and-a-half to five-year-olds.

Older children begin on the nursery slopes and gradually progress to more advanced classes for children up to twelve years. As they develop, children move through different ‘stages’ and are awarded badges to celebrate their achievements. Advanced young skiers can also take race-training lessons to learn how to ski safely at speed.

Teenagers will enjoy snowpark sessions, where they can gain confidence and style while navigating jumps and obstacles.
