The Snowboxx Festival So Far

Snowboxx is in town and in full swing!

There has been plenty going on over the first three days with the festival taking over several bars and clubs in the resort to host parties from various different UK club nights and DJs.

Highlights so far have included the Horse Meat Disco takeover of the Folie Douce on Monday afternoon and last night's awesome main event which saw 2ManyDJs headline the purpose-built main stage in front of thousands of Snowboxxers.

Alongside all the music, there has also been a load of other activities going on. Whether you're singing Karaoke on the gondola, taking a yoga class on the mountain, or playing a disco-soundtracked game of dodgeball in fancy dress, there's certainly no shortage of entertainment!

Coming up in the second half of the week, up-and-coming band Jungle will take to the stage for the event's second headline night and this afternoon the Folie will once again play hosts to another UK DJ outfit – this time its the turn of Bristol-based tastemakers Eton Messy.

As if that wasn't enough, there will also be a retro-themed fancy dress day on Thursday with a world record attempt taking place on the Sarenne – Snowboxx will attempt to set the record for most people in onesies in the same place, so get over to the Retro-Rentals onesie HQ at the Tiger Bar in Les Bergers to pick one out and get involved!

After the record attempt, there will then be a party hosted in the snowpark to celebrate and warm up for the night's headliners. If you find time between skiing, singing, stretching and dancing, then don't forget there's also the ice rink, outdoor pool and sports centre if you feel like packing in some more fun.
