Sarenne first tracks

Be the first to ski on the Sarenne.

Start the day with the first ride up the gondola to Pic Blanc at 3,300m.

After enjoying the breathtaking views make your first tracks on the freshly groomed Sarenne.

The mountain guides will share their work and environment followed by a descent at your own pace or accompanying a ski patroller on their morning routine.

At the bottom stop at Auberge de la Combe Haute for a little breakfast (hot drink and pastry) before heading off.

Participants

Limited to 30 people. Only for good skiers.

Alpe d'Huez hosts a wide range of events throughout the year. In the winter, you can expect motor racing on ice, comedy festivals, ski races and various live music gigs. During the summer months, the focus turns to cycling with the Tour de France usually passing through town. The Megavalanche, a mass-start mountain bike race that draws thousands of MTB fans from around the world, takes place in July.
