Professional English speaking skiing instructors for all ages and abilities

This small independent ski school is dedicated to ensuring it students make real progress in a friendly environment with easy free flowing dialogue between teacher and student.

They cater for all ages and abilities, introducing children to the slopes from the age of 3 in their 'Magic Marmotte Park, Alpe d’Huez'. In this club the young ones get their first go at skiing from a short lesson.

Group lessons are available for children from 4 years old to 12 as well as adults from 18 years plus. The groups consist of a maximum of 10 per class to ensure that each student gets the attention they need. They have lessons available for complete beginners up to competition level. Their website clearly describes the different group levels to choose from.

They also offer special Freeride lessons for those older than 12 where you will tackle off as well as on piste, the snow park and slalom skiing.

All their instructors are fully qualified and speak English so you won't need to worry about anything getting lost in translation. You can even see their profiles online and check their availability in real-time.

Upcoming Events

Alpe d'Huez hosts a wide range of events throughout the year. In the winter, you can expect motor racing on ice, comedy festivals, ski races and various live music gigs. During the summer months, the focus turns to cycling with the Tour de France usually passing through town. The Megavalanche, a mass-start mountain bike race that draws thousands of MTB fans from around the world, takes place in July.
