Ski-in/ski-out 310 m² chalet in Alpe d’Huez for up to 8 adults and 4 children under 12. Five bedrooms with en-suite facilities, south-facing terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi, cinema room, sauna, a lift and a garage with EV charging, plus mountain views.

This 310 m² ski-in/ski-out chalet in Alpe d’Huez is set up for easy days on the mountain and relaxed evenings at home. It sleeps up to 8 adults and 4 children under 12 in five bedrooms. The top floor living area opens to a south-facing terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi and views of the surrounding peaks.

Layout

On the ground floor, a private garage includes an electric vehicle charging point. There is generous hallway storage, a ski room with boot dryer and a laundry with both a washing machine and a dryer. For downtime, the cinema room has a large TV and an Xbox connected to Apple TV, with guests using their own accounts for channels and games. This level also has a wellness area with a sauna and shower, plus a lift.

The first floor has all five bedrooms. The children’s room has two bunk beds for up to four children and an en-suite shower room. There are three further en-suite rooms: a double with a king-size bed and a south-facing balcony, a double with an east-facing balcony, and a twin with a south-facing balcony. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom and a south-facing balcony.

The top floor is open plan, with a living room centred on a fireplace, a dining area and a fitted kitchen, backed by a separate back kitchen. There is also a separate WC. Doors open to the south-facing terrace with the outdoor Jacuzzi.

Included Services

Reception at the property with champagne and a welcome basket. Bathroom products, bed linen and towels provided, with beds made on arrival. Firewood included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, excluding the kitchen.

Additional Services

Food and beverages for meal preparation are not included. Regular cleaning is available on request. A private chef and butler can be arranged to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Driver or shuttle services are available on request, as is daily housekeeping.

Additional Information

Wi-Fi throughout and a 16-bottle wine fridge. Pets are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable on site. A €5,000 security deposit is required and will be held but not cashed.
