Alpe d'Huez Houses offers you this beautiful family apartment, perfectly equipped, in a 5* residence with heated swimming pool offering a panoramic view, gym, wellness area with sauna, hammam and sensory showers.
Completely on skis! In order to best improve your comfort, the apartment has been designed in an optimal and practical way for your stay.
The pretty living room opens onto a terrace with a clear view of the entire resort, the ski slopes and the mountain. The living/dining room has a 98x53cm smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items: oven/microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washer-dryer, coffee maker, raclette and fondue, crepe maker, croque-monsieur/multifunction...as well as sufficient crockery.
The master bedroom has a 160x200cm bed, 2 large fitted wardrobes, 98x53cm smart TV, blackout curtains, choice of pillows: feather or synthetic. It also offers direct access to the terrace.
The cabin area is designed for 3 children or 1 or 2 adults; it is made up of 3 bunk beds measuring 90x200cm (each bed has its own reading light and a charging point).
The lowest bed, close to the ground, is suitable for young children. Wardrobe with 3 drawers and shelves. Bathroom with Italian shower, towel dryer, hairdryer. Separate WC with hand basin. 11m2 terrace equipped with a table and 5 chairs + 2 relax armchairs, west facing, with large storage cupboards.
Closed garage (box) on level -1 of the residence. Dimensions: 5.5mx2.8m / maximum height 2m.
Ski locker with boot dryer, seats to equip yourself, direct access to the slopes (departure and return on skis / slope of the neighboring Club Med also).
Starting point on the domain: LES SHEPHERDS. First lifts 1 min away on skis (green slope). Shops and boutiques 5 minutes walk away located in the Bergers shopping center.
The resort's free shuttle (stop in front of the residence reception) allows you to access the different districts of Alpe d'Huez.
